We personally lived in this home and loved it, but as our family grew, we needed more room. .

Summary: House is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Neighborhood is leafy and quiet. We walked a lot down the neighboring streets. Owner is very communicative and helpful. We plan to stay here again for future trips to Ann Arbor.

Summary: It was very easy to work with the property owner. He was responsive and answered our questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this property/ It had everything we needed for the 6 of us and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The property was located where you could go for a quiet walk or head downtown for food and entertainment. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The house was well kept and had everything we needed for a longer stay as we were waiting to move into our new house. Owners were very easy to work with and accommodating and very prompt on their responses to our messages. Front porch is a great place to sit and read. Second bedroom is huge and easily accommodated our three young children. Many places to walk around including U of M campus. Lots of options for food delivery too from all the awesome restaurants in AA. Highly recommend!!

Summary: We visited family in Ann Arbor during the week of Christmas and this home was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed and a perfect location. They even decorated for the Holiday for us and left us a welcome gift. We will definitely return. Thanks for the hospitality.
