Summary: Tayler thought out the wants and needs of her guests and more than provided for them. The property is well decorated and the yard amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and home was easy to find. Will definitely stay again if we travel back to the area.

Summary: We had 5 nights at Allen House while doing a bunch of outdoorsy stuff in June. Host was super welcoming, entire process pleasant (provided maps, tips and was willing to be aware of daily travel plans in case a problem occurred). And the house is wonderful, neat, modern furniture, and plenty of space. More than we expected for the price and for a group of friends. Centrally located, giving easy access to 14ers, bike trails, short distance from sand dunes. If you are in the area, choose them.

Summary: The only thing wrong with our experience was that it was over too soon! This cute house was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The beds are super comfortable, linens crisp and clean, towels frech and fluffy! All the necessities were provided, and the little extras like games and sidewalk chalk made us feel right at home. Would 100% recommend!

Summary: This is a very nice clean and comfortable place for either adults only or accomodates family as well. The owner was very great to communicate with and helpful. I would definitely recommend your staying here. Beautiful area to enjoy.

Summary: This house is awesome! The host was very nice, helpful and responsive!! The house is clean. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were high quality. I would stay here again and will recommend to everyone!! It's 20 minutes from Monarch skiing and 7 minutes from shopping and eating in Salida. Perfect central location.

Summary: We were here for 2 nights. Check in was easy no problems. Cleanliness was top notch, and the beds were comfortable too! Hot showers and large kitchen were a plus. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable and safe. Host was very responsive and friendly! Would stay again
