Summary: We came from a cold climate and spent January in Coolidge. It was a great experience. We walked the neighborhood every day and enjoyed the nearby park. Everyone was very pleasant in the neighborhood.

Summary: My husband and I loved this home. It was really clean. The kitchen had everything I needed plus more. The bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, except for a couple of dogs. There are a few good restaurants near by and all kinds of beautiful hiking within an hour from the house. There's a really nice walking path around the complex, too. Tangela was great to work with! Very easy to contact and very accommodating. It was a great three months!

Summary: Location perfect for venturing out to the 4 corners of AZ. Although weather kept us from making 'day' trips to the northeast portion, we made numerous trips to the Phoenix area, as well as Yuma, Tombstone, Tuscon, Sedona and the Kingman area. Home is located in quiet neighborhood with nice walking path surrounding the plot of homes. Home itself in very good condition with all the necessary appliances. Grocery shopping approximately 4 miles away. We would stay here again if future travels have us spending the winter months in AZ!

Summary: Clean and well keep. Quite neighborhood, close to Phoenix and Tuscan area. The owners were very acomidating. Stayed for only 30 days and would like to stay longer. There's still more to see. We would go back but stay longer. J & D 2/15/2017

Summary: This home is quite nice and is located in a relatively quiet family neighborhood in the town of Coolidge, AZ away from the congestion of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The town of Coolidge has all the necessary shopping facilities (Walmart, Safeway, IGA, Ace, etc) and is less than 20 miles from Casa Grande where you can find numerous shopping/entertainment possibilities. We found Coolidge a perfect location to visit the many attractions in this area of Arizona without having to drive through the busy Phoenix or Tucson areas. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and the home was furnished with books, travel brochures, all necessary kitchen tools and appliances, Netflix and roku, comfy couches and beds, very nice window coverings, great backyard, nice patio furniture, barbecue grill. etc. There are several nice walking paths in this development that are within easy walking distance of the home. We stayed here for 33 days and we would definitely consider renting this property again.

Summary: As the. I first renters of this home in Coolidge, Arizona, my wife and I found it to be very accessible, clean, well laid out and accommodating. It met all of our needs while we explored the surrounding Arizona territory. The home is as advertised and everything worked! No problems! The bedrooms were ample; the kitchen was fully equipped and ready for immediate use; the dining area open and bright; and the living room large with easy access to the patio. I can't say enough about the owners and how easy it was to work with them. We enjoyed the easy access to highways to explore in all directions. To conclude, we would come back again and/or recommend this home to a friend. We went as far north as Las Vegas and as far south as Green Valley. To conclude, we were well satisfied with our 6 week stay in this home away from home.
