Nice brick home located in cozy neighborhood on the East Side of Athens. Located about 5 miles from Sanford Stadium, this is a great home to rent for game weekends for all ages, even families with young kids/babies! This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house can sleep up to 6 adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 1 guest room with a full, and another with 2 twin beds. We also have a crib available for small children, alongside a changing table.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful property. Loved the back yard - we even saw a deer one morning (very cool). A couple of observations/adjustments for the next visitors 1) a few more chairs are needed for outside seating (there were only 2); 2) Make sure the grill has been cleaned and ready to use for those wanting to grill. The neighborhood was nice. A great location in proximity to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU

Summary: We had such a great stay at this property! The home is beautifully updated and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved seeing the deer in the yard in the mornings and evenings. The hosts were kind to check in on us and quick to respond to any questions/requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We rented Taylor’s place on short notice due to a family funeral. Taylor was prompt coordinating the front end of the reservation and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Very good experience with Taylor and his rental.
