Summary: If you're going to Sam Rayburn and plan to stay over night ... I highly recommend this property. From Monterey Boat ramp, the house is located about 2 minutes from the ramp. Covered parking for our boat, easily accessible electrical outlets for charging batters. The house was very clean with all the creature comforts you need and then some. Great trip with lots of fish caught and a perfect place to stay when we were off the water!

Summary: 4th of July weekend rental. The person who built this cabin is a genius. It’s glamping at its finest. It is beautiful inside. Comfy furniture. Pretty much anything you need is stuffed in the cabinets. Bring towels— we did. There is a Brookshire’s Grocery in the area. The security lights outside cabin are optional so you can really see the stars. My son is 6’2” and was comfortable sleeping in the loft. Master King mattress is clean and comfortable. Box Fans in the rooms. Well placed, large AC. We will be back.

Summary: Place was amazing. Get out of the city and enjoy modern rustic home. Wait till night and the stars are amazing, haven’t seen a sky like that in years. This is the perfect place for a family getaway, or fisherman’s retreat. Unplug and make memories.

Summary: Great location for fishing!! Directions will bring you right to the house. House was very clean and comfortable. WiFi works great. Property manager was very thoughtful and communicative and made sure everything was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.
