Summary: Can’t say enough about the amazing location of this property and the attentiveness of Kathy!! The added little touches went along way, especially with the kiddos and the snack basket with waters❤️ As for the adults, we had plenty of space to spread out thoroughly enjoyed the backyard living space. The location was private, secure, and lovely! thank you for hosting us. We appreciate the wonderful experience..

Summary: Great Family Reunion in Austin With Our Adult Children. It's within a couple of miles of downtown and S Congress, both fun places to visit. The house is perfect for 8 people. 3 1/2 bathrooms were also a big plus. The backyard is great for interacting around the fire pit. We drove in from separate states, so we had 4 cars. We had to park two on the street, which was not a problem in that neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: First trip to Austin with some great friends. Check in process and communication went smoothly. This house provided easy access to downtown Austin. Location is safe. Accomodations are upgraded and clean. Certain would stay here again!

Summary: One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The owner was so helpful, accommodating and responsive. The house was beautiful and very clean. Great location, a quick Uber ride from most places we visited. Would recommend!!

Summary: We had a great stay at this house, just as pictured, plenty of room. House is in a pleasant family neighborhood. Everything worked, fully equipped kitchen including spices, good climate control, plenty of smoke detectors and modern electrical and plumbing. Host was very helpful and accessible.
