Beautifully renovated interior completed July of 2020 in this 2 bedroom 2 bath home. New furniture throughout, Super comfortable beds in each room. master bedroom has a queen and the 2nd bedroom can be set up as a king or 2 twin beds just be specific when booking. Smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, AC to keep you cool in the summer. Property sits on 2 acres with a stream that you can sit by and relax , take a quiet walk or start a nice fire in the pit. Best of all your not deserted- there is a pizzeria/beer eat in take out adjacent to the home-- just within a 1 minute WALK, 3 minutes from beautiful Saylorsburg Lake where you can enjoy a delicious meal at Lakeside Bar and Grill with live music on the weekends ! as well as an open outdoor deck on the lake ! .Your just minutes off of 33 minutes no guess work easy to find and easy to navigate to many great spots without being stuck in the Pocono traffic on the way in ! Within minutes you can be at Saylorsburg Flea market largest outdoor flea market in the Pocono's. If you love vineyards and winery this is the spot within 10 minutes of Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery, 5 minutes from Sorrento Cherry Valley Vineyard, 10 min from RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery & a few more For those who like to hike, we are about a 5 minute drive from the Appalachian trail and 15 minute drive to Jacobsburg state park which also has mountain bike trails , walking trails and all terrain runs as well. you can also fish and have a picnic or just walk around enjoy nature. Just a Gorgeous state park. For some October fun we are just minutes from the famous Lake house hotel of Horror & Mazzella 15 minutes to Blue Mountain, 20 min to camel back 15 minutes to the Crossings and 25 minutes to Pocono Raceway.

Summary: The unit is a split house, plenty big for our purposes. It is realy close to the main road with lots of traffic. We had to put earplugs in . The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Summary: We came to the area to attend the COTA Jazz festival in Delaware water gap, as well as hike the Appalachian trail, but traveling with a dog can be tough. This place was affordable, pet friendly and not far at all for our needs. Paul was very communicative, and Shannon was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Saylorsburg Pizza is a 2 minute walk from the front door, and their food is delicious! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Summary: Perfect location for access to Tannersville outlets, Jim Thorpe and Pocono Raceway. Rental had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Kitchen had every gadget and appliance needed. Host was exceptional to work with and very responsive.

Summary: Well equipped house. Included everything you might want, although we were out all days at the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival and never cooked. Large comfortable living room with two sofas. Had TVs in every room. We found the mattress in the master bedroom too saggy and asked our host to please make up the king bed in the other room. That bed was fine. Response was immediate and friendly. Turns out our host was also a fan of bluegrass music. We will return next year. Would recommend.

Summary: Great property with easy access to Stroudsburg, Allentown, Pocono Mts. and surrounding areas. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean and perfect if you’re traveling with doggies. (Lots of lawn) Great Pizzeria within walking distance. We loved it!

Summary: The apartment was sweet and simple, the property behind the house is pretty to look at, a small pond and a little river off to the side. We were provided with plenty of utensils and toiletries. Very easy to find, what I can say is that if you’re a light sleeper like myself, bring ear plugs because the traffic is frequent most hours of the night and can be very noisy. The house creaks a bit but nothing you don’t get used to fairly quickly. Also a very convenient location, very close by to anything we need The property manager Paul was very responsive and incredibly considerate, a storm was rolling through and he called us to make sure we were aware and prepared just in case we got the worst case scenario. We definitely can say we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
