Condo at lake Winnipesaukee on Paugas Bays it is steps away from the pool, has views of the lake a private beach across the street and is one half mile to Weirs beach, Naswa Beach bar and ice cream stand . Close to shopping , bars and restaurants. Two guests one queen murphy bed, bath has tub and shower also includes keurig coffee maker, toaster oven ,two small refrigerators and a grill . Bed linens and towels provided. TV and internet provided. Dock area is privately owned but you can enjoy our beach and bring a kayak or paddle board and launch it at our beach area. This is a none smoking complex.

Summary: This property is very small, open living area with a small kitchen, Murphy bed and bathroom. But it’s clean and very convenient to Weirs beach area and downtown Laconia. We didn’t need any more the this, we only slept and showered there. If that’s all u need this place is fine.

Summary: This place is such a gem! The size is perfect for 2. Everything you could need and then some was supplied and so clean and neat. We enjoyed a fire under the beautiful starry NH sky one night and the lake view and private beach was awesome! Mary was quick to answer any questions and a delight to work with. We will definitely book there again.

Summary: We didn't spend a lot of time in the room other then to shower and sleep, but everything we could possibly want or need was there for us. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the communication was very clear. Price was also very reasonable for what you get and the area.

Summary: I stayed her for a "me" getaway for a couple of nights. Loved the location, lots to do, very quiet, and I loved that the pool was directly across the front door only steps away. Will stay again for another "me" time getaway!
