Summary: We took a group of high school students for a fly fishing trip. The property was perfect for the group. They fished on the pond, played soccer, made s’mores, and played ghost in the graveyard. We would come back!

Summary: Our group had traveled from around the country to the area for a Penn State football weekend. We found this to be an idyllic stay away from the hectic post-game traffic. Communication was timely and flexibility was appreciated. Wish we got to stay longer!

Summary: We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized. We will definitely be checking it out in the summer as it is a beautiful location and property with the pond. Sled riding would have been awesome in the winter. It really was a nice place, just know what to expect.
