Positive: It was a very modern and spacious apartment with great amenities. The property was exceptionally decorated and every little detail was thought of (board games, snacks, essential food items - tea, sugar, milk sachets). Jared, the owner, was fantastic and went out of his way to accommodate us. The apartment was a short distance away (10 minute walk or 5 minute drive) from the city center.
Negative: The only thing that proved to be an inconvenience was the smoke alarm being too close to the oven. When we cooked, any smoke from the oven or toaster set off the alarm. However, I shared this with Jared and he was going to rectify this for future guests.
Summary: Great short stay, would definitely visit again!

Positive: Really well equipped, had absolutely everything you could need for a short trip. Jared was a brilliant host and communication was excellent.
Negative: The mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced or a mattress topper put on top as I could feel the springs and it was really uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the front door was constantly being slammed, so it was pretty noisy.
Summary: Lovely apartment, great host, but sadly a very noisy environment

Positive: Excellent location, well equipped and excellent customer service by the property owner. It was clean, perfect size for 4 girls to use to get ready for a night out and then come back to somewhere comfy to sleep. Beds and pillows were great, which you donโ€™t always get in other places at this price point! Jared couldnโ€™t be more helpful and accommodating, really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and had a lovely stay.
Negative: Nothing at all.
