Summary: This was the perfect location for sleeping after a busy day in Central Florida. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The air-condition was perfect. We wanted to swim, but we didn't get a chance- though the pool was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was wonderful. The location is very close to Florida Southern, Southeaster University, and downtown Lakeland and just a hop and a skip over to Orlando or towards the beach!

Summary: Had unique smell that set off allergies immediately. Perhaps something to mask other smells. A mix of newer and dated in bath and furnishings. Shower has mold on ceiling and sides/floor. Overall cleanliness was poor. Guess you get what you pay for.
