Our place is located in Acorn Ridge Estates on East Lake Okoboji. It is a 3 bed, 2 full bath home with a large deck to enjoy your vacation. It is located in a very peaceful location just up from the water front. There is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer to use. With this rental you have lake/beach access and access to a pool, playground, basketball court, and pickleball court. The area is extremely family friendly, with plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. It is also air conditioned. Summary: This was a lovely home. We were very comfortable. The community it is located in was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the deck and we grilled out several nights. The door knob in the middle bedroom needs some work. Would like to have been closer to the water. Would definitely rent this home again if we are ever in the area again.

Summary: My family really enjoyed staying here and it had everything we needed! The only downfall was we got a little nervous when we didn’t receive the lock code until 2 days before arrival, but everything went off without a hitch after that!

Summary: This was a great place to stay with family for the soccer tournament our granddaughter attends every year. Nate was very responsive and concerned with our needs. We hope this is something we can do every year for the entire family.

Summary: The cabin suited our needs perfectly. The resort has a lot to offer that we ran out of time before getting to enjoy. Memorial day weekend was unusually hot so we hung down at the lake and brought our own floaties. The lake was busy, fun and quite warm. Nate gives suggestions on places to visit in town. We stopped in several of them and were very happy we did. Thanks and we would definitely come back... hopefully for longer next time.

Summary: Nate was so gracious and easy to work with. His tips on where to go and what to do saved us money and were right on point. The trailer was modern and full of extras. Definitely would stay there again!

Summary: You know how sometimes you walk into a vacation rental and you can't believe your luck? That was this place. Nate takes great care of his home. It was clean, well maintained, and smelled great. We easily fit our crew of 8, and did not feel like we were on top of each other. The beach was well maintained and the walk was not awful. The pool was clean and the neighbors were great. We enjoyed our time at Nate's place and would stay again.
