Welcome to your new favorite vacation home located in the heart of Spearfish, SD - 335 Meier Ave! This amazing 3,100 Sq. Ft. twin home is located in an area of Spearfish close to everything. You can walk to downtown Spearfish with its great restaurants and shopping, or take a stroll over to the city park, with its year-round events, concerts, festivals, and the fish hatchery which is a great visit for kids - both great attractions for visitors to the area! There are several hiking and mountain biking trails right out your door, along the edge of the Spearfish City Park making for a great place to call home on your Black Hills vacation. Within 10 minutes you can be driving through Spearfish Canyon and enjoying the rim-rock canyon walls, 30 minutes you can be skiing at Terry Peak, and less than an hour enjoying Devils Tower National Park! There are so many things to do within minutes of your location, it's the perfect spot for your next vacation!
After you days enjoying the city, or local trails, you'll love coming home to your very own spacious twin home filled with your favorite amenities. From the time you step into the property, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan with a seamless living, kitchen, and dining area making it great for entertaining and enjoying your company. The well-stocked kitchen has the amenities you love like a coffee maker, crock pot, cooking utensils and more. There's a gas fireplace, and Smart TV in the main living room for those nights around the fire with your feet up, relaxing and enjoying a vacation filled with some R&R.Just off the living area is the natural gas grill, and hot tub, for your enjoyment on the secluded patio. Two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with 55-inch Smart TV, king bed, writing desk, and ensuite bath, laundry oom, and an additional full bathroom complete the main level.
As you go down into the lower level the fun begins! With multiple arcade games including Big Buck Hunter and Ms. Pack-Man, an air hockey table, and foosball table. There's a 75-Inch Smart TV with YouTube TV and smart apps, and there's a wrap-around sectional sofa perfect for lounging. Kids get their own space with fun gaming chairs and an additional 40" TV in the main living room on the lower-level living room with Nintendo Wii and various included games. A wide variety of board games is also on hand for fun family game nights. There's also 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the lower level!

Summary: Great location, beautiful home with plenty of room for the weekend of our daughters wedding! The grandkids loved the bunk beds and all the toys. We enjoyed the small private patio, BBQ and hot tub. Having access to the garage and washer/dryer was also an added bonus. We would stay here again.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed out stay. We found the garage, refrigerator, oven, and under the couches were not clean. The washer smells of mildew. The one zone cooling system is a problem. When you cool the upstairs the downstairs is gets much colder and makes it unpleasant. Still very livable, but with a little attention this property would be much more comfortable.

We had 2 families with kids stay in the house, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The adults had kind sized beds, and the kids hung out in the basement. The kitchen is big and open, which was perfect for making all of our meals. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and we all enjoyed walking/biking to the park and fish hatchery. We would absolutely book this house again in we are in the area!

This was the first time we have done this, it was great. For the few days we were there, we felt like we were at home. It was a beautiful home, well maintained. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tube was great. The basement was freezing! We found it ode that we had to go buy dish and laundry soup as there was only enough for one washing. The management book was not where we were told it would be but finally found it. The Trash dumpster was not in the named location so had to contact management who promptly responded. We had to change our arrival date and management worked very well with us. We would recommend this property and the management.
