Summary: A very large property with extensive grounds in a quiet secluded area but within easy reach of shopping centres and supermarkets plus only a short distance from the airport. The pool was sited away from the house which allowed the children and teenagers to enjoy themselves without disturbing any neighbours. Unfortunately there was no house guide to inform visitors about the waste and recycling rules or of any useful local information for guests - that would have been helpful.

Summary: Nice property in a lovely quiet location. Large enough for groups of 10 or more. Very nice pool, heated just enough to take the chill off. Table tenis table and petanque court in the garden.

Summary: The property was impressive, we all managed to have our own space and plenty of room for all the children. The heated pool was a great bonus, whatever the weather! Philippe, was extremely thorough in letting us know where everything was and how all the essentials worked. It was a home away from home experience, with lots of attractions to see and do in the surrounding area.

Summary: It was a pleasure to stay at Phillipes house, its big and perfect for socialising both inside and outside, with a huge garden and pool located in a relaxed and countryside area 10 min from the city centre of Rennes. Phillipe is a nice and very helpful host. Recommended!!

Summary: We loved our time in Vern-sur-Seiche. It was just on the outskirts of Rennes and hash plenty of shipping nearby. The pool was a huge hit with our kids (ages 8-21). They had so much fun swimming the days away. There was also a ping-pong table and several games. Everyone had fun. It's a great place to go and chill, and spend time with your family. The house has a lovely, relaxed feel, and Philippe is easy to talk to and accessible. I it's a nice, large property with space to spread out. There is also a bar in walking distance. We had a wonderful experience and are so glad we stayed. Philippe was also incredibly kind and posted my son's glasses to the U.S. after he left them behind. I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this home.

Summary: The adults enjoyed this great place maybe even more than the children, especially the pool. This vacation home has everything facility-wise for the organised party starting with its situation - almost hidden away in a quiet attractive countryside to walk or cycle around but also close enough to Rennes to visit as well as to a selection of easily accessible other shopping areas, restaurants and churches when required. The house itself is extremely comfortable, very well outfitted and ideal for locking oneself away for study, or just quiet reflection if desired, or having a great indoor party, or whatever. It totally suited our party which ranged in ages from eight years to 81 years and has our unaminous endorsement.
