3 Bedroom House in Eagle Point

Enjoy the view’s of the Rouge Valley while swimming in the heated pool (mid-May thru October 1st) or watch the breathtaking sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. On cooler evening’s watch the city lights while warming yourself beside the firepit on the deck as dinner cooks on the Traeger BBQ.
The extra large kitchen opens to the great room. You can watch your favorite sports or catch a movie on the 65” screen T.V. The large master has a King size bed with 50” screen T.V. and a spacious bathroom and giant tub. The guest room has a queen bed and a Futon plus a 32” screen tv. The third bedroom includes an office desk in case you need to do some work as well as a queen size bed.
If fishing or rafting is your thing we are located about 10 miles from the Rouge River and only 70 miles from Crater Lake National Park. Eagle Point is home to one of the most beautiful golf course’s in all of Oregon and is just 3 minutes from the house to the first Tee.
If you like live entertainment the Shakespearean Theatre and Britt Festival (seasonal) are 24 miles south of Eagle Point.
In case you hadn’t heard the #1 crop in southern Oregon is (Grapes) wine . There are many wineries five to 30 minutes from the house. Jacksonville is a historic little town just 30 minutes away with shops and plenty of places to eat and enjoy your afternoon. There are also several beautiful lakes and rivers within minutes of the house. The city of Medford has plenty of shopping and restaurants and is only 15 minutes from Eagle Point. There is a Walmart Supercenter located in Eagle Point for your convenience.

Summary: This property has the most amazing view of the mountains, especially at sunset. We we're overly surprised at the charm of the house and its décor., and the pool and the hot tub were extras that we didn't even count on. Wonderful all around.

Summary: Rob and Kari were great hosts. Their home was very warm and inviting and the perfect place for us while being in town for a family wedding. Everything from receiving the access code to reviewing the welcome binder was a breeze. The home was stocked with everything we needed and it being the hottest weekend of the year, the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed drinking our coffee out in the porch each morning while watching the birds flutter around their beautiful landscape. If we have a need to return to the area for an extended stay, this home will be on our list!

Summary: The pictures don't do it justice! Extremely nice house and very well equipped. The back deck and pool are very private and relaxing. The neighborhood is super quiet, you might even catch some deer grazing across the street.

Summary: We booked this house as a getaway for 5 friends from high school, who are quite spread apart now, and chose it because it was centrally located and had a pool/hot tub. Unfortunately, we were there when the smoke from the Dixie fire was thick, so didn't get much time outside. But the house is lovely and very livable, and the owners showed up quickly when the power went partially out and we couldn't get to the circuit breakers. They are pleasant and we enjoyed our visit with them. Also, they have a large peach tree and a garden, so they left some yummies as a welcome gift. The deck has a gate to keep children contained away from the pool/hot tub, but the house is not baby-proofed, which is the only reason that I didn't say "good for infants under 2". We all would absolutely stay there again. Thanks so much, Rob & Kari!
