Summary: Full disclosure - I only stayed here because my son adores Great Wolf Lodges and this was better than most, in part because the hotel is limited to guests only. The water slides did not have long lines and everything was pretty accessible. The food options as a adult, however, were not good. Most of the food is "fast" food and not healthy but it is what it is. Great water park, good hotel, not so good food.

Summary: This was not the first time we've been to a Great Wolf Lodge resort however this trip was not up to standards in our opinion. We arrived around 1h30 and althought we know rooms are never guaranteed, usually we dont wait too long. At 4pm i inquired as to any idea of when our room would be ready. I was told oh, you room has been ready but apparently the system didn't text you with your room number. We had been waiting aroung for nothing. We could have accessed the water park however, our experience is that we never wait very long to get our room assignment. It doesn't change our opinion on the facilities however. Everything is very well thought out and cleen. There is much to do and lots of fun for kids and big kids alike.

Summary: We loved our experience at great wolf lodge, however the bed was quite terrible. It was very stiff and every time my husband or I would roll over, the bed would shake and wake one another. Over all we had a blast, but not much sleep.
