Positive: Views, swimming pool. Hairdryer and towel provision. Playground for children. The staff I met were very friendly (1 cleaner and someone looking after the pool).

Negative: Master bed was too small for two people. Decor was a little tired. Some furniture and hardware was faulty. The hob was also glitchy.

Summary: All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would visit again

Positive: The property was very clean and comfortable and the view was lovely.

Negative: The curtains were falling apart. Kitchen was lacking equipment, no washing up liquid or cloths to wipe surfaces. No pictures on the walls to give it a more homely feel.

Positive: We stopped here 7 years ago, the place is the same, very clean and tidy the same. Glad we came back ! Swimming pool is great! Kitchen well equiped. Beds comfy . Fab!

Negative: We stopped here 7 years ago and there are a few things that need repairing but thats being picky! Swimming pool needs a bit of tlc tiles missing and shower needed a good clean. Few things , needed removing or replacing in cottage but superficial stuff.

Positive: Honestly it’s a Lovely cottage with nice set up, furnishings and kitchen has nice decor - was pleasantly surprised. Main bedroom is en-suite (bonus) toilet and shower downstairs (another bonus) and main family bathroom upstairs as well - lots of choice of bathrooms. Lovely comfy beds too with beautiful countryside views and luckily we had a little garden with our cottage too, and loved seeing the neighbours horses every morning grazing the grass. Location is great, not too far from lots of different places to visit like Charlestown (which is fabulous), the lost garden of heligan (beautiful) & Eden project etc (didn’t go there but knew it was around). Would visit again

Negative: The Tv in kids bedroom didn’t work, and the Tv remote in adult bedroom didn’t work
