Summary: We as a family of 20 from age 4 to 95 had so much fun staying in this spacious house. There are lots of amenities and games for all ages and it’s perfect for big group gatherings. The view to the town is so beautiful. I recommend having your breakfast in the balcony. :)

Summary: It’s hard to find a place to stay the sleeps several families that are from out of town. We spent a great extra long weekend together. the property was clean and had great entertainment from toddlers to teens to the young at heart. we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: 18 of us stayed here for four nights at the end of August ranging from 7 years old to over 70 years old. There's lots of things to do on the property that kept us busy and lots of space on the property that allowed us to not be busy when we wanted to just do nothing. David was great with not just clarifying some of the rules, but also explaining why they are in place. And they make sense. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely look at this property (and other ones that David has) for future getaways.

Summary: My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. From the games, to the view, and the access to town, it was great. There was plenty of space for my group of 13. We were able to explore the beautiful town of Chilliwack and capture photos of the gorgeous sunsets. The property offers a lot! Two patios, hot tub, games, arcade, gym, and a small movie room. It was a blast! David is an excellent host, very kind and communicative. The only suggests I would have is to supply more linens and kitchenware. Luckily a lot of us brought our own towels but there were minimal here. In addition to kitchen towels or washcloths. The kitchen did not have a lot of bowls or small necessities needed for cooking for a big group of people. The property did appear to be smaller than expected from the photos, especially seeing that the four twin beds were in a loft and that the arcade shared the room with the gym. The four twin beds were in the loft above the gym. This made it hard to work out when people were sleeping. I understand that David manages many properties so these are just some suggestions. Lastly, the downstairs bathroom can be a hazard where when someone steps out of the shower, there is a large step down with no bath mat. Overall, we all had the time of our lives at this property and would recommend anyone hosting a big group to stay here! There are other really cool houses he owns as well. Summary: We were 3 families staying together for some Summer adventures. This place had everything you would need for an unbelievable stay. The kids had their own wing of the house, which was lovely for us adults. The kids slept in the loft which is above the arcade. There was ample space for all of us, 6 adults and 5 children. A big hit with the older kids was the giant chess set outside. We were lucky enough to watch a meteor shower on evening while lounging outside on the patio chairs. This place had it all. We did not want to leave.
