Summary: Great 3 story duplex close to downtown. Clean, newer furnishings and lovely kitchen. Access to 2 car garage. Bedrooms are not on main level if stairs are an issue. Small park to walk to right down the road. Lower level would be good for kids with 2 bunk beds and huge TV.

Summary: We really enjoyed this spacious property. Very clean and great accomodations. No need to bring bedding or linens, or towels. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful home great neighborhood. Close to lots of businesses. Very Convient.

Summary: This is a lovely property (nice decor, nicely updated) in an excellent location (excellent for our needs, and also great neighborhood). And, we did have some feedback. The beds were super firm, so we didn’t really get a good night’s sleep. Also, we found a dirty plate in the microwave and some dirty silverware in the drawer, which was a little unpleasant. Some other options for blankets would have been welcome, as the bedrooms upstairs get very warm (heat rises!) and there were lovely and cozy comforters which were too heavy for our taste. A lighter blanket option would have been great. Also, hooks in the bathrooms which allow you to hang the towels outside the shower/bath would be a nice touch. And it was hard to get anything plugged in to the outlet in the upstairs bath as the mirror frame gets in the way. Lastly, seems like the beds both should have been turned to the other walls in the upstairs bedrooms. It’s impossible to watch the tv in the one bedroom, and hard to get the door open in the other. Yes, these are all minor things, but having listed a property on VRBO myself, I always appreciated the feedback. It does seem like the property owner/manager has never stayed at this property themselves or these quirks would have been observed. Love that there’s ice maker in the freezer, appreciate the coffee station, glad to see there were bedside lights and tables. Thanks for giving us a decent place to land for a week!

Summary: This place is great for smaller groups. We had intentions of hanging out during the day and then hitting up the stadium district during the evening, but ended up staying in both nights since the property was setup perfectly for us. The owner even accommodated an early check in for us which was great. Would definitely book again if our travels take us back to Green Bay.

Summary: Very clean and nice neighborhood. The house needs a couple repairs like the shower dripped all night long, one of the beds had the slats under it kept slipping off and the mattress would sink, the dishwasher had a light switch that had to be turned on in order to work, would have been nice if it was labeled like that. We had to look for the router to get the WiFi password, wish it was somewhere easily listed. Vey cool backyard! Other than that it was a very nice place and the host was really easy to contact. Would deinitely stay there again!
