Positive: Warm and humid climate. Clean and warm pool. 7 min walk to the beach and botanical garden, 15 min drive to Batumi.

Negative: A roadside (even narrow) would make it safe to walk to the beach.

Positive: It is a big house with good rooms. The onder is helpful and reacts quick on Whatsapp. The room is very clean, nice bathroom and view on green garden and sea. We stayed the first night in another room as the airco was not working. So this was a very good solution. There is a nice and clean kitchen to store and prepare food. With bolt taxi it costs 7-10 lari to Batumi center.

Negative: There are lost of traffic jams to Batumi, zo of take more time to go there. The guest house is in a very green and quiet area, what also means there is no shop very close. We were also using taxis, but they also bring you once a day to the beach.

Negative: It is approximately 8 km from the city and if you do not have a car, using a taxi all the time is not highly recommended and the travel time is around 30 minutes due to the fact that there is a lot of traffic.
