The beaches around Forster all fabulous starting with Main Beach which is a protected beach, making it ideal for families. Nearby Pebbly Beach is also a good spot for families as is Burgess Beach. Other beaches not to miss include One Mile Beach and McBrides Beach, ideal to escape for a day. Seven Mile Beach stretches South from Cape Hawke down to Booti Hill and the Ruins, great for fishing and surfing.

Summary: Lovely white beaches within minutes and glorious beaches in town or further south 20 mins. Lakes gorgeous. View of lake from front verandah was superb, house clean and plenty of space for a family of 5 (two 10yr olds and a recalcitrant teenager). We. Will. Return. Thanks guys.

Summary: The accommodation was nice, spacious and bright. The view was gorgeous, surprised by granny flat being third bedroom, and not part of main house. The second bathroom always felt damp/moist. but overall was a great get away

Summary: We had 24 nights here and wish we could stay forever. Such a lovely property with magnificent views of the lake and sunsets you never get sick of looking at. The cottage was cosy with a very well equipped kitchen, gorgeous comfy bed and a great outdoors area with BBQ that we even cooked a roast in. We loved our stay and look forward to going back again.

Summary: Excellent property..this was our 2nd stay & just as enjoyable. Everything provided..very comfortable & very peaceful area. The coffee shop nearby was a bonus ! It was closed during our last stay.
