Positive: We have been to this hotel few times during past years. This time we were celebrating my husband’s birthday 🎁 guest relations’ stuff helped me to organise it, special thanks to Alexandra😍 our attitude is still the same as previous, we would like to come back to this hotel again) in the summer it is very busy with lot of families, and in the autumn it is much quieter)) the staff is very good everywhere, the cleaning service is also at the good level 👍🏻 superior Rooms are different, depends on the building, you will be accommodated)
Negative: It is still the quality of wines, even that is not so important, but still part of all inclusive. Also, we didn’t like the superior rooms, located next to reception.
Summary: In my opinion one of the best hotels in Alanya, 4-5 starts category

Positive: The food was good, a lot of options. The pool was fantastic. The room was very clean and nice.
Negative: The manager and his colleagues told me that I could upgrade my room to a seaview room for an amount. I told them yes without seeing the room. The room did not have a seaview unfortunately. I felt very bad since they even saw me pregnant with a little toddler. Therefore the low review.

Positive: The resort is very good for a family. The staff are very welcoming and the activities kept us busy all day. The snack bar, the drinks and of course the ice cream are all excellent.
Negative: Wifi reception at the room was not good. Except for the breakfast, the food was not to our taste.

Positive: The renovated part of the hotel was excellent, the food was pretty good: quality and variety Snack bar food was good with many options
Negative: Villas were not renovated and didn't look modern Hammam wasn't clean, some mops and rugs were hanging around
