Summary: Very average. Rooms are old. Beds are uncomfortable. Pool water was cold. No food or drinks. Good for a family if you bring all of your own stuff but would not go back.

Summary: Property is meticulously maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is on the bay with beautiful views and has a private beach. Very quiet, located on a dead-end street away from busy Rt 28 yet 5 mins from the Hyannis ferries. Many outdoor activities and amenities are included. They supply beach towels, beach chairs, & lounge chairs for you to use on the beach, in addition to, the chairs/tables located at the pool. Picnic tables and grills are also provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that they remove the carpets. It would help reduce the mustiness that is pretty standard in most hotels on the Cape. We had a lovely time and plan on staying there again! Highly recommend for young families.

Summary: Rooms a little dated, but perfectly clean an Ina beautiful location right by the beach. The staff at the front desk was amazing!

Summary: Rooms are dated, Wi-Fi is extremely spotty and blocks most sites you might want to visit with it. Mini-Gokd would be good for kids, but no real challenge or excitement there, it's pretty simple. Staff was good, rooms were clean. If you are okay with some of your stuff looking more rustic, then you'll like it!

Summary: The Green Harbor was absolutely amazing. Great view of the bay, close proximity of restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. We had a 2 bedroom2bath townhouse and it was spotless. Comfortable furniture and the view was beautiful. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying at Green Harbor Resort

Summary: I absolutely LOVED this place. We stayed middle of October and it was beyond gorgeous. The resort is right on the waterm access to chairs to sit on the beach, place for kids to play. The small room we got was exactly was expected. It was clean, and perfect. Quiet. Staff even helped show us where places were to eat nearby. 10/10 We cannot wait to come back. The was one of the best vacations we took.

Summary: The staff were super helpful. The grounds were immaculate. The walls are rather thin and i could hear our neighbor snoring all night. The rooms were clean but had a musty smell.

Summary: Recommend and I Will be back. Very clean but a little dated. 300-500 ft from private beach. Amenities included bicycles, small mini golf, grill, heated pool, and shuffleboard.

Summary: This resort is a real gem. Private beach with beach chairs, heated pool and gorgeous views of the Bay. Very peaceful and the 2 story townhouse made you feel right at home in the Cape. The office staff was so pleasant and helpful!
