Positive: We stayed at this incredible villa with a large group, and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and each one feels like a boutique hotel suite. Every detail has clearly been thought through to offer maximum comfort and luxury. The garden is simply a dream – vast, lush, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of cozy seating areas throughout. And the pool? Absolutely stunning – we could’ve spent the entire vacation in it! But what truly makes this place stand out is the total privacy. The villa is secluded and peaceful, giving you that wonderful feeling of having your own private paradise. Also, the hosts are very responsive and happy to assist with any request :)
Negative: The villa is designated as a “green villa” and therefore has a built-in limitation on electricity consumption. As such, one should make sure that for example - when using high-powered kitchen appliances for cooking or baking, other household devices are turned off as much as possible to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping.

Positive: Gorgeous property located close to lake Maggiore. Beautifully designed and furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. We're able to check in earlier and Patty was very helpful, showed us around and the communication was great.
Negative: We're a group of friends of 12 and the allocation of the rooms are not very fortunate for all adults. 4 of us had to sleep in a kid's room and the beds were not very comfortable. Probably better suited for families with kids or friends who don't mind the "unfair" room allocations. We would've enjoyed more entertainment, board games, etc.

Positive: Everything about this property was amazing, the location, the staff and the whole set up was so welcoming.. our group of 10 had so much fun and everything was perfectly organized. The pool was clean, the garden area was clean and landscaped daily. We all struggled to leave after three nights

Positive: It was one of the best lodging experiences ever. Villa is large, very well designed and in perfect condition - both building and garden. Owners are very friendly and very responsive - and open for any requests even not directly related to the house (like organizing bikes and even guitar for our stay, and helping with the covid test for the return flight). I am sure we will be back soon.
