Positive: Basement apartment. decorated nicely, tv is great w/ watching options, no kitchen per say but they have a microwave, toaster, kettle, & kurig machine with cups, as well as tea bags. even a small dining table with 4 chairs! there are plates, bowls, cups etc. - you will need to rinse them yourself, but they have a small sponge/soap etc in bathroom. they left water bottles which was very nice too. 2 good sized bedrooms w/comfy beds/pillows. shower was very good pressure. couch was nice, can sit 3 close together. it was quiet, we rarely heard a peep from upstairs. its like having an upscale hotel room. we stayed for 10 days so I assume if we needed more towels etc we would have asked but they give you enough sets you can hang them to dry etc. - each room had a place to hang clothes & a spot for shoes to be placed before you go inside. parking was easy in their driveway, and it is walking distance to boston pizza which is a great place. quiet neighborhood & easy access to main highway. 3 people is perfect, you could get away with 4 for a squeeze. Most definitely visit St. Johns, greatest city & coast!
Negative: because its a basement apartment , it gets a little humid etc but they did have a dehumidifier which worked perfectly.
Summary: Perfect spot w/everything you need. price was amazing, owners are quiet/kind.

Positive: The location was fantastic and the people friendly. The property was relatively clean
Negative: The stairs were steep, smelled like a basement apartment, beds were a little unstable felt like they would break easily, could hear the people above and around us talking in their units/house and the bath tub/shower was hard to get in and out of.
Summary: It was convenient for the last minute booking when there was nothing else available but I wouldn’t choose to stay there

Positive: Comfortable beds and pillows, keurig coffee maker and k cups, small fridge, kettle, microwave, toiletries. Good quiet location close walk from Stavanger drive shops and restaurants.
Negative: The apartment is great overall but a toaster or small toaster oven would be a great addition!

Positive: This residence is perfectly located for anyone visiting the beautiful city of St. John's. It's only about 15 minutes or less to downtown, and is close to the airport, several restaurants, gas stations, grocery and convenience stores. The property is located on a very quiet and lightly travelled street offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The residence itself is spotless, warm and welcoming, with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker (with included coffee pods), bar fridge, dishes, cutlery, a television with Netflix, YouTube etc. The 2 beds in the suite are probably the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. The bathroom includes soft and comfy towels, a great shower and full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Of note, there are no support handles in the bath/shower, which proved difficult for my elderly father. The internet worked flawlessly, and the individual thermostats made it easy to keep the place comfy and warm. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again.
Negative: Needs an extraction fan in the bathroom and safety handles in the shower.
Summary: An awesome place to stay when visiting St.John's.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that the host wanted us to take off our shoes which is not culturally acceptable by me and provided slippers which was too small for a size 12. I had a big cut on my foot by the bed which had sharp metal edges. I bled badly and there was no first aid.

Positive: The property is very near to the airport around 10 mins drive. It is conveniently located at local tourist spots as well. The hosts are very accomodating when we had to check in late due to flight delay, they waited for us. Overall, the property is well maintained, spacious, great for family. I will definitely book again in this property.
