Positive: This place is in such a nice neighbourhood. It felt very safe walking to the restaurants and shops in the square. The room was so comfortable and the window looked out over the square and trees.

Positive: Fernando is a great host. Communication was effective, friendly, in time. Very proactive and caring. The ride from the airport and back was entertaining and once I got there it was pleasant and more comfortable than expected. I have zero complaints.
Negative: The area seems safe, it was a bit noisy at night. But I admit I got great value for what I payed.
Summary: Perfect place to stay close to the airport!

Positive: The host was super friendly and very accommodating to my check-in time. He was communicative and responsive to whenever I reached out to him. The price for the room was more than reasonable, as I really only needed a bed to sleep in before my next day of travel. Conveniently located near the airport as well, and the bonus was the host!

Positive: The location of this stay was convenient to the airport, we weren't quite sure of the safety of the neighborhood but the building and condo were secure. The communication with our host was very good; he even allowed us to check in much earlier in the day and was unavailable to meet us, but had his mother show us around and let us in (there was a language barrier, but we made it work).
Negative: The host was eager to help us with transportation to/from the airport as advertised, however, this was not a reliable option. He alerted us 2hrs before we landed that his vehicle was not working and asked we take an uber from the airport, on the return we had an early flight and confirmed he would drive us in the morning but in the morning there was no communication and we ended up getting another uber after waiting for him to respond to us like agreed upon the night prior. We really enjoyed our other communication with this host, but I would not rely on him for transportation.
Summary: Convenient location, bare bones but good for a short stay.
