Positive: The place was fully supplied like a home and it's very clean.The lady owner was so generous and lovely.The price is not expensive but good value.The buiding is liked old Thai tradition and it's really nice.

Negative: The entrance was quite narrowed and sloped toward the river nearby.The floor was a little slope at the door.No matter what, a well organised standard room like big chain hotels would make me feel more comfortable or at ease and perhaps feel more energetic to go out for travelling around.

Positive: All the Old Town's sights are easily accessible by foot or bike. The shared kitchen has a kettle and microwave, plus welcome cookies. Everything is very nice and comfortable. Outdoor cafes and grocery shops (7-11) are a minute's walk away.

Negative: Bicycles are available for rent, but the main problem is that they're clunky. I had to walk for an hour, after sunset, in near-total darkness, as the roads in the old town aren't particularly well-lit.

Positive: Blizzy was very efficient and helpful, the owner was also very hands on and resolved a plumbing problem very swiftly - Thank you

Negative: I didn’t like having to go upstairs to use the common kitchen. I would have preferred a kettle in our own 2 bed accommodation, that was a big issue for me! I also was not prepared for the noise caused by the river traffic from early morning to quite late at night and also be prepared for early wake-up calls from the farm animals in the surrounding areas! I have not encountered such noises….

Summary: Glad to have experienced local life in Ayutthaya but not for anyone seeking some R & R..

Positive: We had the bottom room from the double room apartment just next to the river. We liked the cozy, practical style and the view from the bed directly to the river. Good location not far away from the center, but quite and cozy. We did not meet the owner, we opened the room ourselves (with assistance of neighbors :-) ), but if we had an issue (water) she reacted immediately. We liked the place.

Negative: AC is at the room only, the roofed terrace used as a dining room as well is just open. I liked that style very much, but we stayed during the hottest days and it was a bit too warm at the terrace without AC.

Summary: Simple, authentic and cozy accommodation ideal for those who like the style
