1000 Square foot modern cottage. We just finished a complete remodel and addition. We offer a two bedroom, two bath home. The master bedroom has a master bath with a large walk-in shower, king bed, double closets and a 44 inch smart, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with individual nightstands and a large closet. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and completely stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The living room is an open concept to the kitchen. The bar seats four and we also have a small drop leaf table that will seat two. The living room has a new pullout sofa with an air mattress attached for added comfort, two new recliners and a 44 inch flat screen, smart TV. We have a laundry area with a new stacked washer and dryer. There is a small sitting area in front of the house. In the backyard, we have a small deck with a patio set, porch lights, gas grill and a fire pit with fireside chairs. We also offer bikes and beach towels. Our home has cable, WIFI, central air and heat. We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood six blocks from downtown and 3.7 miles to the Castle. I am sorry! We do not allow pets.
We also own The Cozy Cottage located directly behind. Our properties share a backyard. This cottage is also listed on VRBO. TWO BEDROOM ONE BATH.

Summary: This was an absolute perfect place for the week to enjoy Charlevoix! Great location, clean and Bridget and Grant’s added touches really made the difference! (Bikes to ride, beach towels, beach chairs, smore makings, and more!) Check in was easy and any questions weee addressed right away! We will be back and highly recommend it for your stay!

Summary: This is our second time staying at Green St, first time was in the fall a couple years ago. The home is located on a residential street, within easy walking to downtown Charlevoix. The home is well maintained and the check in process is super easy. Even better the check out process is super easy when leaving after the weekend. Great home and definitely will be staying here a third time.
