Positive: All amenities (whether free or On-Demand) as mentioned on Booking.Com profile were available promptly & exceeded expectations. Mr. Sanaf kept inquiring of our arrival timeline & himself welcomed us at reception. Since we had hired a coaster to acomodate our group, they generously arranged a parking slot for that vehicle as well. We were warmly attended & were given a detailed overview of amenities, Do's & Don'ts, as well as on-demand facilities during the check-in process. For the entire 5-Days stay, we enjoyed every bit of their cooperation including prompt response/service, going extra miles for on-demand services, suggestions for travel itenirary/meals, and even setting up a family celebration event upon our request. These people are gems for those looking for little longer stay for families.
Negative: Since nothing was lacking or falling short from expected arrangements, I would say they really don't deserve any negative marking at all.
Summary: Budget Friendly, Family Comfort, Ideally Located, Friendly Staff, Ample Parking, All Amenities.
