Positive: It was just breathtaking. We walked up some stairs to our room and could immediately see the mountains in the background 🏔️ it was absolutely beautiful. The manager was so lovely, and accomodating. He suggested going to Moana Cafe and I’m so glad we didn’t miss it! This is probably the best place to stay in Sa Pa, you can walk into town from here & walk back, it only takes around 10-15 minutes. Just a wonderful stay even if it was for 2 days. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, it was absolutely beautiful, clean & wonderful. All around an amazing stay!

Positive: The rooms are amazing, clean and great - the view is 10/10
Negative: the gym and facilities are super old and need some love, seems that many people will turn up and be put off but we loved the room so we stayed.
Summary: Beautiful comfy bedroom - villa is the best!

Positive: Chau the receptionist was extremely helpful with all our requests including renting a bike! We changed plans at the last minute and he helped us sort ourselves out. Location is good, in a quieter part of the town but easily accessible with a motorbike. The views from the room are stunning.

Positive: The Green Villa Sa Pa was located a 15 min walk out of the hustle and bustle of the main area. It was a beautiful villa. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was small but met our needs with fruits, pastries, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, toast, fried rice, noodles, juice, coffee and tea. They held our bags all day after we checked out before picking up later in the night. They also offered us a shower when we picked up our bags. All staff were polite and pleasant.
Negative: The only downside which has nothing to do with the actual villa itself or the staff, but climbing back to the villa from the main area is uphill and not very well lit. You may prefer to catch a taxi/motorbike back at night.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
