Positive: We arrived in the evening to Greenacres after several hours of driving. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. Our room was really comfortable and clean. The indoor jacuzzi and swimming pool were exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Highly recommend taking advantage of the facilities. By the time we went for dinner- we never made a reservation, which I recommend doing - the service was over, so we ordered the cheese platter and a Guinness. The bar lady was friendly and great to chat to. The overall experience was authentic and enjoyable.

Negative: The breakfast was a little limited. If you like Scottish national food, then I guess it's ok. The wi'-fi was practically non-existent, and I couldn't get a good signal anywhere on the premises.

Positive: What an amazing b&b on isle of Skye! the hosts are absolutely incredible - so kind, so welcoming and wonderful conversationists that helped us start our days in the best way. the rooms were SO clean and SO cozy, I didn't want to leave. and the view?! felt like we were on lake Como!

Negative: literally nothing - everything was perfect. the hosts, the location, the breakfast, the rooms, everything.

Positive: excellent location just outside Portree, great parking, nice big comfy room, continental breakfast advertised, so scrambled eggs and toast was a welcome addition check in is self service via a key box, but be aware the key box will be outside your room and NOT the one at the front door, which we spent an age trying to unlock, try the front door FIRST, it was unlocked!!

Negative: we had one non working socket in room 5, and the bathroom blind was torn and a bit tatty tbh unless we missed it , there is no signage for the property from the Portree side if travelling southbound, we turned around, and northbound there is a huge sign easily seen
