Other Policy Please note that on the day of arrival before the check-in time and on the day of departure after the check-out time the spa area can be accessed at an additional cost. please note that the property does not accept third party vouchers, please note that the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. most restaurants, bars and the lobby are now complete, but there are ongoing works in the spa and some rooms, please note that the outdoor adventure pool will be closed from 17th october 2022 to 31th march 2023, we would like to inform you, that due to mandatory maintenance works required by the authorities the great adventure pool is between the 4th and 7th of december out of order. the other (small) adventure pool is between the 29th of november and 1st of december out of order. the swimming pool is between the 11th and 14th of december out of order, of course, the other pools and the sauna world are in service.

Positive: Beautiful environment, spacious rooms, excellent facilities. We went with a small child, a dog and adult children, everyone had an amazing time. Loved the bowling and games room, playroom for kids, beautiful terrace overlooling the park, wellness, etc. I very much appreciated that the hotel was really dog friendly.
Negative: It was a very big hotel but visibly understaffed. There was a bar in the gaming space, but it was not attended, I could not reach the reception by phone before our trip, and I almost cancelled the whole trip, I have never had such a bad experience before. Finally, we managed my questions via e-mail. The same in the restaurant, the staff who was there was super helpful and kind, but there were very few, compared to the amount of guests.

Positive: Breakfast and evening meal was very good with a lot of choice. Nice room with view over Golf Course (Superior double). Even though we were not with children, the play & fun area looked very good and I would recommend this to my daughter who has 2 small children. The Chill area also looked good although we did not use it.
Negative: A few small things: Having to pay for a bottle of water that was left in the room - unusual! Bar was very nice but service could be better - waited 10 minutes first day before getting served at the table, then only after asking one of waiters behind the bar if it was self service - he then came immediately (and it was not busy). Each day we had to go to the bar to ask to be served. Spa area is ok although only it only has a small basic pool snack bar. No spa bag provided, very unusual, first time I have stayed at a spa hotel where no bag is provided - lucky we had something with us to use. Getting coffee in the morning took very long - very long queues at the two coffee machines. Maybe more machines are needed. A lot of flies in bathroom on day of arrival.

Positive: I liked the thermal pools and the spa (saunas) area. The whole spa facility is very clean and very suitable also for family with kids. The outside pool was awesome during winter.
Negative: The outside pools could be extended more including more pools may be, especially for summer time.

Positive: We stayed at this hotel for the third time. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, the breakfast and dinner are fantastic and the wellness, which is part of the stay, is great. We will definitely come back again.
Negative: The only thing we didn´t like was the waitress who was working downstairs in the bar by the bowling. She did not understand any English at all, not even names of drinks, words like "shoes for bowling" etc. In the hotel of this level I would expect staff undertsanding at least basics of English or German. She was not nice as well, looking annoyed that we are talking to her.

Positive: Outdoor pool was functional with very warm water Nice addition considering is early January. Food selection was variate and abundant. Spa and sauna facilities really pleasant. Entrance alley to the spa was winter serviced to prevent slipping.
Negative: no complains!

Positive: Good location, good food and the staff was ok.
Negative: If you put a rule for getting dinner( decent clothes) why you DON'T PUT A RULE in SPA area(mandatory bathing suit). And that because one day, at 11.45 in the middle of the day, when i was in SPA area(for Salt room) with my wife and my kid(3years old) i(we) saw something very disgusting : 2 naked men were walking around. 👎
