Summary: We have been allocated a room with insufficient beds, necessitating one of us to sleep on the couch. The staff exhibits some unsavory practices. We observed a waiter dropping napkins on the floor, collecting them, and then placing them on tables. We also witnessed different waiters placing silverware and glasses on tables without cleaning them. Cheese was repeatedly served on the buffet for several days. We encountered two different items on the buffet that deteriorated (liver soasage and yogurt). Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. (I personally spend approximately 100-150 nights at hotels annually, and most of them are more affordable than this one. However, this is the first time I have written a rather negative reference because the establishment is in disarray and poses a health hazard.)

Summary: Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed.

Summary: We were 2 couples (35 years old) with one 6 month old baby. We really enjoyed our stay there. The food was very tasty and plenty! The juices though could have been better (they were from a fountain). The pool area was very nice as well as the hotel's lobby. I tried the massage which was very nice and at a fair price. All in all a good value for money for a relaxing all inclusive weekend! I would definetely go there again!
