Positive: Perfect location, house situated on a quiet road, nice surroundings and good views. Decent-sized garden.
Negative: It was a lovely house, however a little scruffy and the appliances were poorly maintained so for the price paid you would expect a better functioning property.

Positive: Location was perfect for the shops , pub etc, great for walking on the coastal paths, off road parking, in high season a must. The property was clean with everything that was needed, would definitely stay at Greenfields again.
Negative: Tv could do with more channels, free view, Nextflix or something similar. Two keys to the front door would have helped, as a early walker getting the key from the key safe was a bit of a pain.
