Access to 3,500 sqft with four (4) bedrooms and four (4) bathrooms sleeps eight (8) comfortably. King bed in master, King bed in second master, double bed in the guest bedroom, and guest suite has a queen bed plus futon.
There is also a spa featuring a Japanese soaker tub and sauna.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all table settings, cookware, and silverware to accommodate 8+ guests. Pots, pans, and baking ware included—coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction stovetop, new pellet grill / smoker, and full size fridge. Additional fridge/freezer located in the garage - perfect for large families!

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful, charming home. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable, calming (even with 3 kids) and very well appointed. The owners are incredibly generous with a large supply of household necessities. You cannot beat the location in this area of Evergreen. You are super close to the lake and everything in town but just far enough away to have a quiet mountain cabin experience. The house is well laid out and plenty big for our family of 5. We loved gathering in the large kitchen, playing games, and swinging on the awesome tree swing out front. The owners are excellent with communication, friendly, and professional. This house is a tough one to leave and we plan to be back soon!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Evergreen. The home was well appointed, roomy and in a wonderful spot in a quiet neighborhood. The home is close to Evergreen Lake and a short drive to the grocery store and downtown Evergreen. We were delighted to wake up on a number of mornings to Elk grazing in the yard and enjoyed walking over to Upper Bear Creek. Andrew and Abbie were a pleasure to deal with.

Summary: We have stayed in Evergreen the last three summers so our daughter can attend a dyslexia summer camp. We have stayed in 4 different locations over our summers in Evergreen and this was definitely our favorite! It is a half mile walk down to Evergreen lake where we took our paddle boards. The owners also left kayaks that we could take out on the lake. The house has a total of 3 floors which was perfect for the number of people we had staying here. Our 4 and 9 year old slept downstairs in the first floor which feels like a basement but has a door to walk out. It was nice and dark down there for the girls plus nice and cool. The girls liked having their own tv area down there. On the main floor my in-laws stayed in what was the old master bedroom with attached bath. Then our 11 year old stayed in a bedroom on this floor that had a bath right outside her door. On the top floor my husband and I got to stay in the newly remodeled master suite. The room is huge and gorgeous with huge windows to look at the pine trees. The only downfall for some is that it is very bright in the morning. There is no sleeping in but we didn't mind. We were up at 6AM to go hiking and exploring in this gorgeous area. The bathroom has not been remodeled yet but the owners said that is getting done soon. It was adequate the way it was with a small shower and separate soaking tub plus two double sinks. On our first morning walk my husband and I started out walking from the house 4 miles up Upper Bear Creek Road. Then each day we would drive 3-4 miles further up so we could explore the entire area. Its absolutely gorgeous! We often saw fox, deer and elk on our walks. There are some amazing old estates just up the road from this house that we loved to look at. We loved sleeping with our balcony door open each night and listening to the creek rushing by. The property has creek access so we would often bring cocktails and snacks down there and sit in the chairs the owners have provided. The kids really loved it! There were a few toys and a play kitchen on the back deck which our 4 year old really enjoyed. The kitchen is very large and had great views with lots of windows looking out towards the creek.The living room did as well. It was that there was a formal dining room with large table to seat all of us at night. We could also walk a half mile to down to Willow Creek restaurant for dinner or drinks.
