Positive: Clean and comfortable room. Facilities were ample. Owner was always present and very friendly and helpful. Property is situated in a very convenient location near the city centre and within walking distance of a bank, cafes, and restaurants.

Negative: On site parking was insufficient. Difficult to enter and exit the car park due to limited space and proximity of the car park entrance to a roundabout.

Summary: A pleasant motel that is ideal for short-term stays for couples and small families.
