Summary: I was blindly charged a fee from GreenTree for "taxes and fees" after our stay. In talking with the hotel they claimed that they often times aren't reimbursed for taxes from hotels.com so they charge the card on file with no notification (we did go to the front desk to check out - they had an opportunity to mention this). As far as the rooms go, nothing fancy. Great if you like the smell of Fabuloso. My shoes stuck to the tile floor as I walked around the room. Mattress was uncomfortable. Doesn't feel like they vacuum the hallways. They were also short staffed and unable to man the front desk for guests during breakfast because they didn't have enough help.

Summary: The extended stay has a courtyard with grills and tables. The staff does not enforce a quiet time for guests using this area. We had to call to let them know that the conversations and music in the courtyard were too loud at 11:30pm.

Summary: Its cheap, dont expect much. Bfast is a pb&j and a bottle of oj (serious). I walked to Wendys instead. Whole place needs an update.

Summary: Room smelled funny, like chemicals or something that might have been used to cover up smoking. the Beds were very comfy and we slept well. Booked room anticipating Breakfast was to be served. Not the case. Not even a pot of coffee going in the morning. This was bush.

Summary: It was a family road trip, had 4 rooms booked there,, we got to the hotel and no one at front desk we waited for about 20 minutes and a lady come out from the back, and started yelling at us that the WiFi was down and she didn’t know we were there, by then more customers had arrived, and said they had reservations and the desk clerk told them she didn’t care if they went somewhere else, just a totally unexpected situation, my son had a room there also, he actually ask if we were on candid camera, other then that the hotel is pretty nice, thank you.

Summary: Staff was curt. Breakfast was a couple of frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches set in a table and a few bottles of apple and orange juice. That isn’t breakfast.

Summary: Room was clean and staff was friendly. AC wasn’t working and they had a brand new unit installed in an hour. No breakfast as advertised which left me scrambling before my race

Summary: The room was roasting hot when I first walked in. I turned the AC on and it was rattling. The Expedia ad said it had a breakfast included, but there was no breakfast.
