Summary: Reception person not helpful at all. Bar was supposed to be open 5-10, but no bartender at 5:45. When I asked reception desk to call bartender she said, "no he'll be here in a few minutes ". After 15 minutes we just left.

Summary: The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The windows were able to open with a screen to enjoy the cool night air. The pool and spa area was not available so to maintenance. The breakfast was ok.

Summary: Went down for breakfast the first morning. Out of Coffee, milk, yogurt, muffins, and fresh fruit. Where's the food? "Oh, the firemen ate it all about 7:00". Well send someone down to the Safeway across the street and get some more. "Were managed by a third party and don't have permission to do that." Why have a manager who isn't authorized to solve problems. I give the place less than a year.

Summary: The pool looked murky and dirty. Our bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in. The one service we had from housekeeping didn't change the toilet paper roll or leave a new roll. The beds weren't that comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We probably won't stay there again

Summary: service desk people were very nice and friendly. Room was not that good, door was ajar when we came in at 8pm, yes it was not locked. room looked rough, lots of spackle all around the walls especially the bathroom. just seemed like room was used roughly and not repaired.

Summary: Upon check after a long and exhausting day we checked in between 8-9 pm and the front desk staff was unfortunately very rude and unpleasant. She asked for my ID and bank card saying she was going to charge for $13.50, I handed it over then she tells me and I need to charge it for $250, I had no choice she already had my card and then guaranteed me it would be back in my account upon check out. I've been checked out for over 24 hrs my money has not been back in my account, and going through all this she was extremely unfriendly and not nice. The stay was fine but the check in process left us feeling like we did something wrong???

Summary: The hotel is very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The young lady at the front seat that seem to be working evening and the the next morning was very friendly. Staff helped when asked and breakfast was good. Recommend.
