Take advantage of the home's outdoor conveniences including a huge patio, 2 charcoal grills, a medium gas grill, patio set, fire pit, views of the 9th tee and plenty of privacy. The spacious main level boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in addition to the contemporary open concept living spaces. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and TV. It also features a large spa bathroom with whirlpool tub, fireplace, large walk-in closet, dual sink vanity and a tiled walk-in shower with seat. The remaining first floor bedrooms come equipped with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other; both come with TVs. Dinner time is a breeze in the generously appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ample seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy your family meals in one of two dining rooms with enough seating for 16 between three tables. Two of the tables are bistro height and are located in the southern facing great room which also provides numerous windows with stunning views of the 9th fairway, a 50” TV with Sonos sound bar and a sofa sleeper. Additional lounging space is available in the living room which is also open to the kitchen and features a second 50” TV mounted above a stone gas fireplace and another sofa sleeper.
The beautifully finished lower level houses three bedrooms and two more full bathrooms. The second master suite offers a king bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks. The two remaining bedrooms come with a king bed in each; all three come with TVs. In addition, the amazing lower level provides a huge family room where guests will enjoy a foosball table, a pool table and the wet bar (full size refrigerator, microwave and pub tables included). The TV viewing area offers a third sofa sleeper in addition to the 65" flat screen TV with a Sonos sound bar. For movie night, kick your feet up in the theater room while enjoying the 110" screen, surround sound and reclining stadium seating. This home is pet friendly – pet fee of $75 plus tax per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and a large laundry room with washer and dryer add to the plethora of conveniences provided. Greenway Crossing is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short jaunt away from the clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop.
