Summary: Property is exactly as represented…farm house in a beautiful setting…updated with all the conveniences, immaculately clean and bright. Just far enough out of Round Top to give it a secluded feel. Owner is very responsive to questions. Definitely booking again.

Summary: Enjoyed the house and property! Good screened in porch to enjoy after shopping. Great layout of the accommodations. Very clean and nice. Bathrooms set up perfectly for a group of girls all trying to get ready at the same time! Close to downtown RT. Will stay there again.

Summary: The house was in a convenient location and well appointed. It was very clean and had all the items we needed. We couldn’t get good cell reception or Wi-Fi and were unable to log into VRBO to access the property for check out procedures. We enjoyed it very much and will come again.
