This Gorgeous Getaway Home has been the property owner's private retreat since 1994 and is now available to rent!
This property features a large spacious front porch looking right at the the Frio River.
Perfect for a Awesome Glamping experience with your family.
Your outdoor kitchen/pavilion with mountain bluff views as well with plenty of private space for early morning coffee or late night socializing.
Outside, you also have a outdoor kitchen/pavilion with everything your family needs, like a wood burning pit as well af a Fire Pit....!, and inside all the pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware you need to cook an amazing meal for you and the family.
There is plenty of seating inside with an 70" Smart TV for your entertainment. Forget your Netflix/Hulu login? We have DirecTV!

Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in this home.

Summary: Very clean, very peaceful. My family and I had the best time at Donnys place. We all cant wait to go back (it was hard to leave). Donny is the best host we have ever had on vacation, so nice and sweet. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about everything. His dog penut was just the cutest and sissy to. I loved it there and i will be telling everyone i know to visit. Thanks again Donny your the best!!!

Summary: We had such a blast staying here! We wanted a property that was riverfront and would allow for us to party even when not floating down the river. Donny was great and responsive for anything we needed. He has a bus that can take you up river where you can float back down to the property. It was so nice to not have to worry about where we would park cars and drive to and from! The penthouse is so nice and perfect for our group! We would definitely recommend staying with Donny on his beautiful property!

Summary: From before renting to after check-out, communication with Donny made things a breeze. I probably had a million questions, but Donny always answered them and never made me feel bad about it! Our rental was VERY clean (the cleanest Iโ€™ve ever had in ten years of renting in Concan) and located in a great area. The new pool addition for the guests staying with Donny was a nice added bonus. The outdoor pavilion provided many different pits and grills to choose from, along with an outdoor kitchen. Donny and his employees were all friendly and welcoming! We had no issues and would rent from Donny again.

Summary: Besides the awesome courtesy you shown by both the manager and the owner, The amazingly clean and well decorated rooms, The shuttle bus which can be used for pick ups and drop offs are floating, and the pool, I am not sure if thereโ€™s a better place to stay! You cannot go wrong here. Donny and his team are awesome, and they look to ensure that you have a great time. This isnโ€™t necessarily needed with a beautiful spot in the perfect location on the Frio
