Positive: The room was nice and peaceful so we had a good night.

Negative: We arrived late in the evening so didn't notice the 2 person room was set up for one person so we had to share a teacup and a towel but we managed. Also we tried to contact the hotel to advise our later arrival but fell foul of the chains AI receptionist. Absolutely useless.

Positive: Comfortable room, perfect location for what we needed. Lovely outdoor space to sit on a nice day.

Negative: Curtains didn't quite block out the sun and there was a loud door banging quite early in the morning. Two very minor things, overall a comfortable stay.
