Is there a land of such supreme and perfect beauty anywhere? Holidaymakers who have visited the region will no doubt bare testimony to the statement. Cadennabia and Griante forms one town, Cadennabia on the lake and Griante, a residential area perched 50 metres up the hill looking down on the lake. The residence features 9 spacious, beautifully appointed, luxury homes situated in a tranquil location. Choose from 2 or 3 bedrooms many with 2 bathrooms, terrace plus large communal outside area featuring pool in summer plus all year round sauna and jacuzzi. Ideally located to reach nearby Villa Carlotta with its majestic gardens, Bellagio directly across the lake, the Cadennabia and Menaggio golf club, shingle beach, lido and pool and golden sand beach all available either by foot or a short drive.
Apartment 3 is located on the ground floor featuring a private garden ideal for alfresco dining complete with lake view! The property is located on 2 levels, ground and in ground.
Features include satellite TV, widescreen TV and DVD player. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 twin room plus sofa bed for 2 more guests. 2 bathrooms with shower and wc, 1 on each floor.
Kitchen with all mod cons inc dishwasher plus washing machine available for private use.
2 living areas, 1 on each floor both with Satellite TV, TV and DVD.

Summary: We really liked our holidays in Griante. The apartment's location is very nice. Close to the ferry terminal and two small supermarkets can be reached by foot. The pool, jacuzzy and the sauna were clean and invited us to relax.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Griante. Matteo was very caring and took care of every issue we had. The location of the appartment is perfect for a stay at Lake Como, as it isoutside of the crowded regions, has a few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but also offers the opportunity for short trips to tremezzo, bellagio etc. as the ferry and bus stop is nearby.

Summary: Fantastic host. Large, clean, tidy and modern apartment with beautiful surroundings. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were a great addition to our stay. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Lake Como.

Summary: The property is conveniently located, close to local amenities and within walking distance of the lake shore. Apartment spacious, clean and well equipped with separate outside space. Secure and private parking, shared outdoor pool and hot tub. Owner very welcoming and approachable, providing helpful information on the area and responding promptly to any requests. We thoroughly enjoyed out two week stay in this apartment. Thank you Matteo.

Summary: 2 weeks on Lake Como staying in Griante. What a lovely area and a beautiful accommodation to explore it from! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The pool area and jacuzzi are quiet secluded and relaxing. The views from the apartment area are spectacular. Griante is quiet and we would recommend a car to get around although the passenger ferry terminal is only a 10min walk away to get you to Belagio. We would heartily recommend this property.

Summary: Our family booked three homes here iat Griante Residence via owners direct for a family wedding and could not have been more delighted with our choice. Matteo the host was Always available to answer any guestsion from boat hire to booking a restaurant and made our stay very comfortable. The residence is imaculately presented and the accomodation beautifully equipped, just like in the photos. Griante iteself has a nice selection of restaurants and bars as well as a local shop for groceres and is easily accessible to reach more touristy places such as Bellagio by ferry or Menaggio and Tremezzo either side of Griante. Our location in the Hills but only a 10 minute walk doiwn to the lake was just perfect to unwind and recharge our batteries. All in all a wonderful holiday expereince.
