Is there a land of such supreme and perfect beauty anywhere? Holidaymakers who have visited the region will no doubt bear testimony to the statement. Cadennabia and Griante forms one town, Cadennabia on the lake and Griante, a residential area perched 50 metres up the hill looking down on the lake. The residence features 9 spacious, beautifully appointed, luxury homes situated in a tranquil location. Choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms many with 2 bathrooms, terrace plus large communal outside area featuring pool in summer plus all year round sauna and jacuzzi. Ideally located to reach nearby Villa Carlotta with its majestic gardens, Bellagio directly across the lake, the Cadennabia and Menaggio golf club, shingle beach, lido and pool and golden sand beach all available either by foot or a short drive.

Summary: We had such an amazing time at the apartments. This was are calm and slow down during our busy vacation. We loved breakfast on the patio enjoying the sun coming up every morning. The apartment had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. We travelled with our kids and they loved being able to explore the property and swim in the pool. We felt right at home for our stay.

Summary: The location of the apartment is great, we had the top one with nice views of the lake. It is right in the middle of a lot of tourist attractions like Bellagio, Villa Balbianello etc. Matteo was super nice and helpful and gave us nice tips and recommendations. We can absolutely recommend to stay here when at Lake Como.

Summary: We’ve traveled all over the world and appreciate the chance to have a little extra space. This apartment has plenty of room. Others in the apartment complex were respectful of the noise when using the common pool. The views are amazing as advertised. The manager of the property was great to work with, as was the owner. We would absolutely recommend this property. Short five minute walk down hill into town and couple more minutes to the center lake ferry to Bellagio and Varenna. Complete, nice eat in kitchen. There were families and couples enjoying the property.

Summary: Very spacious apartment with a view of the lake from the large balcony. Nice big pool, private garage and a short walk to a perfect little grocers. Owner Matteo was so helpful in pointing out useful things to do in the area and recommending places to eat.

Summary: We booked three apartments here at Griante Residence which made for a memorable stay. Our kids loved playing in the pool which for the most part they had to themselves ( i think there are 9 homes at the residence in total) Griante is a great base to explore the lake with a ferry to all major tourist haunts as well as a good selection of bars, restaurants and convenience stores. As you reach the lakefront the village is popular with english speaking guests. The residence here was tucked away 10 minutes from the lake so quieter, away from the tourists and very relaxing. The home was exactly as advertised, which is always a relief when booking online over the net! A special mention for the host who was always available and always charming and the booking process which was seamless. Thank you to all at Griante Residence.

Summary: We stayed here in July and enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is extremely well appointed. We enjoyed dining on the balcony, taking a dip in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Griante Reisdence was a real find and Matteo, the owner, lovely to deal with and easy to communicate with as he speaks excellent English! The residence is perched above Griante and just a short walk down to the ferry and all amenities. Would definitely choose griante residence again shoud we retrun to Como which we would very much like to do so in the not too distant future.

Summary: The apartment was exceptionally good in a nice small complex. It was spacious and clean. The owner Matteo was very attentive. The location is very nice - a shop just down the road and a little pub a few steps further on. The views were stunning and the weather was great. Highly recommended

Summary: We had a lovely time exploring the area. The apartments were exceptional and had everything we needed. The local amenities were conveniently located.
