Welcome to fabulous Naples Golf Club. Very private one floor, FIRST FLOOR, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1300 air conditioned sq. ft fully furnished beautifully newly renovated villa in the most private area of Glades Country Club. It has been remodeled in 2012 with new tile floors, granite counter tops, plumbing fixtures, and more. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Large spacious rooms. High-speed internet (WiFi), TV, DVD,dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. All utilities are included.
Step out of your lanai and walk 60 feet to a secluded heated swimming pool. Great community. The two bedrooms are separated by a very large living room and each have their own en suite. The master en suite has a queen size bed, master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd en suite has two twin size beds. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room with a recliner. Sleeps up to 6 people. 1 playpen for a child is also available. The kitchen and baths has also been recently upgraded and the unit is completely repainted. All furniture has recently been purchased.
Parking is located within 10 meters on the same ground floor and is included in price. 2 parking spots are available.
There is a possibility of simultaneously renting another 1 or even 2 similar 2 bedroom apartments within 100 meters from each other. Please inquiry for availability if interested.
Area Information
5 mins drive from the 5th Avenue and the white sandy beach. Minutes from groceries, shopping and movie theaters. The Glades is an enjoyable golfing community offering two 18-hole golf courses (one par 72, one par 55), 10 tennis courts, 9 heated swimming pools, shuffleboard, bocce ball, clubhouse, pro shop, 19th Hole restaurant, community events & social gatherings. The Pro Shop is fully equipped with a Pro on staff to teach golf and create custom-made clubs. The Club House, just a hub of activities which include Bridge, Euchre, Mahjong, Yoga, Karaoke, Bingo and numerous dinner dances. New amenities include our Golf Learning Center, a Library, Art Room and Craft Center.
This Location Is Conveniently Situated For Outside Activities As Well. Naples is wonderful all year. Many people know that, and even vacation here during the summer.

Summary: Nice little 2-bedroom condo located on a quiet street in one of Naples best locations with 2 golf courses, multiple pools, pickle ball and so much more! Pool just steps from the condo; or go to the big community pool by the 19th hole. Can’t say enough about this community!

Summary: We so enjoyed our time in this pristine, fully stocked, and elegant apartment. The location is quiet yet very convenient to many amenities. The Glades community offers swimming pools, golf, and many other activities if you are interested. The host was extremely responsive and kind. Thank you for a truly lovely stay!

Summary: This property is located very close to key attractions in Naples: Zoo, Botanical garden, Beaches; there’s a Walmart at walking distance, Publix less than 5 minutes away. The house is within the limits of the Glades Country Club, which has golf courses and overall is a very beautiful community. The house itself is very clean, there’s a full kitchen with all utensils needed to maintain a family of four comfortably. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very comfortable and beautiful. There’s ample space for dining, relaxing, cooking and there’s even a pool in the back, at a few steps away from the house! Anna was very kind during our stay and helped with making sure we were comfortable, I’m really thankful for the stay here and the memories created. I would always recommend and go back there again.

Summary: This is our third year renting this unit and it feels like home. There is nothing to want as far as kitchen supplies, linens, furniture, and sunshine. We especially enjoy the quiet of the single story. The area is available to shopping, groceries, entertainment, and lots of golf. The clubhouse affords casual and formal dining at reasonable prices. The unit is at the end of a quiet street with a pool within walking distance of the back door. We feel the owner to be very accommodating. We keep coming back.

Summary: The villa was clean, well maintained, and furnished very nicely. Owner provided good support and service. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for relaxed tropical living that is also centrally located to area activities, attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed browsing and restaurants in Tin City, which is just a few minutes away.
