Positive: A really nice hotel with a smaller boutique style feeling to it. Really lovely and friendly staff who were helpful, great breakfasts, nice out of the way location. Lovely spa facilities and some great walks in the area with some lovely restaurants generally in the area if you have a car.
Negative: Room was quite small by other hotel standards for the cost although we were just able to move about it OK with all of our luggage with some clutter. Dinner was very expensive against the quality so we tended to eat out locally and there are lots of options 8n the towns to eat dinner. You do need a car, taxis just aren’t possible there as you will be very restricted and not able t9 visit the great places like Lucca, Vinci and Pistoia.

Positive: The food and service in the restaurant was great. The best baba au rum we had. The drinks were special too. The checkin was worse than a prison. The receptionist Ms. Laura kept us 15 minutes to tell about where we can go and where we can’t.
