Positive: Charming little house, lovely welcoming host! It definitely has a calm, homely vibe to it. Accommodation suitable for family/friends, wi-fi provided, kitchen equipped. Lovely garden that the house is situated in. A lot of beautiful details and objects, flowers. Close to the lake, lovely neighborhood for walks.

Negative: The bathroom is bit stressing because of the water coming out from the shower outside to the floor. A stronger mop would be sufficient I guess. I was warm but I guess in colder season could be bit chilly BUT a little heater is provided!

Positive: Really friendly host and lovely property. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice little deck to hang out on. Short walk down the hill in the evening for a beautiful sunset on the lake. We had to rent linens but it was worth it for the charming hospitality and peaceful place to spend the night.

Positive: Self contained cabin in the rear of the owners garden. Convenient parking and acceptable road noise.

Negative: No complimentary tea or coffee in the kitchen. No shops nearby to buy tea coffee or milk. It appears normal to charge extra (Sek100 per person)for bed linen and we were only notified when it was too late to cancel. Fortunately we had sleeping bags and pillows.

Summary: Would I stay again, probably not.
