2 Bedroom Condo in Tampa

Our ground floor unit is a ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. The unit has about 1,250 square feet, open floor plan, and is a corner unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an on suite, and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. There is a 50in flat screen TV in the living room and there is also an about a 42in flat screen in the master bedroom. We are walking distance to Top Golf, iFly, and BassPro. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE SLEEPING CAPACITY IN BEDS AND THE TOTAL UNIT CAPACITY.
We have several properties in the area ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Should this wonderful property not be available for the dates you need or will not accommodate your needs, chances are we have another property that will be a perfect match.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in to confirm age and identity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

Summary: Very quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Condo was very clean, good linens and towels. Wish it had a few more comforts (ie shampoo and lotion) we had to go to Walmart but not a big deal. Had an issue with water backing up into kitchen after a rain storm but they fixed the problem quickly.

Summary: The location was perfect, and close to the soccer complex for the tournament we were there for. The unit is next to the pool which is super convenient and overall, the unit is nice and spacious. The downside is the supples provided. I couldn’t find any extra trash bags then the one in the trash can at arrival. They only provided two laundry washings pods and two dryer sheets, and only one dishwasher pod (and they request you start a load at checkout). Thank goodness I read prior reviews and brought some laundry washing pods with. Communication was okay. I texted the main rental owner a handful of times without response and had to reach out to the next one listed. Also…. Be aware of price at booking. They have you sign a rental contract via email after you book and I didn’t pay close enough attention as I assumed the price would be the same; it was not. They charged an extra $15-20 for something and then changed the fee shown on Vrbo after. I took photos of the charges when I booked as I was splitting the cost with a friend, so it was evident of the change. When I inquired, I did not receive a response.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the overall apartment was very nice. I only have a couple of suggestions; toilet paper wasn't at the club house and only a half roll in each bathroom, we had to call to get the wireless info was not in the Information book, and the tv in living room would not work all the time. This wasn't too much of a problem as we were on the go so much. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property met the mark for us bc we traveled to Fl for the weekend to meet our don Snd daughter in law who were in town filming with the food network. We chose it for the large family table, which was perfect! We had plenty of space. The pool was great, a bit cold, but it’s November! My son and I used the weight room, were disappointed in the fact that the indoor gym was not useable, (Covid) but ultimately wished we had more time to revisit the beautiful pool area. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable! Adrian was awesome!
