Albisano is a small village overlooking the lake (3 km Torri del Benaco, 3 km from Garda),Albisano , town without chaos, if you want a quiet holiday. For those of active life: 3 km Garda, Bardolino 6 km, 15 km Sealife Gardaland, Verona City Art, Arena with opera - 40km,venice 150km
A 5 minute walk you will find restaurants, ice cream, bars,minimarket . There are numerous paths in dirt paths that descend to the lake to do on foot or by mountain bike. For the less sporty in summer there is a free shuttle bus that goes to Albisano -Torri del benaco until midnight where you can find numerous shops, the ferry to the other shore, and of course even confusion. Travel time 5 minutes. For golf enthusiasts "Ca'degli ulivi" at Marciaga.

Summary: The villa was very well equipped woth everything we would need and more. Paola and giacomo were the perfect hosts and very attentive whilst also giving us the privacy. The village of Albisano is a 5 minute walk with bars and restaurants that are all very good quality with friendly staff.

Summary: Great family week away. Check in and welcome couldnt of been easier and more friendly. Apartment is well equipped with a fantastic pool and views over the lake and mountains. Some lovely restaurants a short walk away. All in all a fatastic place to stay.

Summary: Giacomo, Paola and Anna were the perfect hosts. They went out of their way to help with anything we needed, and the property was even better than the photos depicted. Paolo's attention to detail in the property was second to none. This was the perfect base for our two week stay, enabling us to explore the lake and beyond to Verona, Venice, Modena and Maranello. thank you so much, and we hope to return in the future

Summary: There was anything we needed (except a Coffee machine) and we really liked the comfortable apartment with spacious living room. Most of the time we enjoyed the terrace and the maintained garden with beautiful olive trees, citrus plants,... and the very very nice pool. The hole ground was well-kept. Although the very friendly owners and other guests were in the house, we felt totally undisturbed. Perfect for relaxing! Albisano is a small but really nice and tidy village with possiblity to buy the most important in the small supermarket and good Pizza Restaurants (few minutes to walk) with fantastic view over the Lake Garda. Also thanks to Anna for her kindness and help! We would come again anytime!

Summary: Lovely property and delightful owners. So much to do and see in the surrounding area but a lovely pool for relaxing stay at home days. Would love to return one day.

Summary: Choosing the perfect place to stay on holiday is always risky on internet. But here, we finded a place where we were like at home. We spent 2 wonderfull weeks. Everything was nice, the house, the pool, the garden, ... We already plan to go next year because it was so wonderful that we enjoy to come back again. The place is really good because you are close to a lot of activities. If you look after quiet holidays, with a wonderful garden, in a nice place, you have to go there. Do not esitate one more time.

Summary: The apartment was clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped, and the family were very friendly and welcoming but not intrusive.Possibly the most comfortable we have rented (and there is plenty of storage available if needed) and therefore we didn't actually go very far afield contrary to our plans. It was exactly as described and the photos were a good representation. It might not be very suitable for a young child as there were lots of breakables and there is drop at the edge of the garden. Minor inconveniences perhaps-we had expected a CD player in the Hi Fi system and also the access to the apartment is very narrow so if you have a large car, manoeuvring is difficult (we had Peugeot 806). Directions to the apartment were very clear. We liked the location- away from the crowds though it is easy to get to the lakeside (by car) and there are great views from Albisano, which is a pretty village. The local pizzeria/restaurant is very good and friendly (and much cheaper than Torrei) and the Hotel Panorama (both in easy walking distance, so no worries about wine intake with meal) has a good restaurant with a fantastic panoramic view over the lake from its terrace.The little local shop though with limited supplies was actually cheaper than the large Auchan near Verona. Getting around is quite slow as even in September there was a lot of traffic but the driving was not aggressive.Torrei del Banaco is classier than Garda and there were a couple of jazz / swingbands playing along the waterside on the Sunday evening for no charge which made for a pleasant environment to eat. Local people were all very friendly, though unfortunately so were the mosquitos! If we returned to Lake Garda we would probaly go back to Albisano as we preferred it to Garda,and would certainly recommend the apartment, which represents good value for money. Paola, David and Giacomo are very pleasant to deal with and we had no issues whatsoever.
