Summary: Perfect location for a great holiday. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the pool which made a perfect start to the day, having breakfast with a view of the pool and well kept gardens. Its a 5 min walk to the beach with all the great restaurants available along the sea front. The Dolmus buses stop outside the Palm Beach, making it easy to get to Fethiye for the grand sum of 2 lira per person or approx.: 15 min walk for the water taxi to Fethiye for 7.50 lira. We tended to use the beach during the day and came back to the pool, which was never crowded, for the last part of the day. Cant wait to book this apartment again for another totally relaxing holiday in Calis.

Summary: This is our 6th time to Calis and our 4th time at Palm beach, Phil arranged our transfers which were cheaper than some of the other companies, Phil is easy to get hold of as he always answers his emails and telephone calls, The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday, The pool is lovely especially on those hot days when you want to cool off, The garden is very pretty with all the flowers and shrubs, It is so easy to get around as the bus stops right outside the gate you can go to Fethiye for just 2Lira, There's some really good restaurants and bars just minutes away, We love Phil and Lisa's apartment and can't wait to go again.

Summary: Just returned from a perfect holiday break. The apartment has everything you need and set in peaceful gardens with a shared pool just across from the balcony. Phil was helpful in arranging our transfers and with providing information we might have needed during our stay. The beach front is about 5 mins walk away, along which are numerous very good restaurants. The dolmus bus stops outside the complex and costs 2tlr each for the trip into Fethiye. The water taxi trip is about a 10 min walk so everything you could want is near to the apartment. If you want a stress free, relaxing holiday in a great apartment then this is it. Cant wait until our return visit next year.

Summary: This is the best-located apartment we have stayed in over the past 11 years holidaying in Calis. The beach, shops, local restaurants and bars are only 2 minutes walk away and it is right on the dolmus route to Fethiye. The grounds and pool are carefully maintained and the apartment is secure, clean and comfortable. The property company who manage the apartment are very efficient and happy to answer questions during your stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for your visit to Calis Beach - enjoy!!

Summary: From when I first booked the apartment to the of my holiday the owner made it easy to book and help sort out the transfer.The lady who looks after the apartment is very helpfull and is only phone call away.The apartment is very clean and the best I have ever stayed in ,home from home.It has everything you need and more. The grounds and pool area is well looked after. I have trouble walking but the sea is not to far away and the transport links are just outside the main gate. I will be booking again.

Summary: Had a great time in this well equipped apartment which we found was in a great position for the beach, restaurants and local transport. The Dolmus stopped right outside of the apartment and the bus stop for the local bus to Fethiye was just 100 yards away. The apartment had everything we needed although the only domestic appliance we used was the fridge/freezer as there are so many good and reasonably well priced restaurants within walking distance we didn't do any cooking. All of the rooms were of a good size and the main balcony in the lounge had a great shaded view over the clean and well maintained swimming pool and colourful surrounding grounds. We had a minor problem with a leak in the bathroom but this was swiftly dealt with by the owners agents in Calis (Plumber arrived and dealt with the problem within two hours of us advising them). This is a small well maintained complex and at the time we were there we had no problems with sun beds etc. Would we return again? - Definitely yes.
